Vision The elimination of naval blindness in Calgary through inclusive support for traditional, current, and future naval engagement, activities, and programs.

Mission To foster a broader naval family in Calgary by providing resources for evolving naval activities, instituting inclusive mentorship, education, and social naval experiences through community engagement.

Modernized NAC Calgary Our modernized NAC Calgary seeks to educate Canadians on the Navy and its needs to effectively contribute to Canada’s security, prosperity, and interests both domestically and globally.

​

We support the Naval Reserve, including HMCS Tecumseh and HMCS Calgary. We also assist in developing youth leadership through the Royal Canadian Sea Cadet Corps and Navy League Cadet Corps. We offer bursaries for deserving university students. Through the national NAC, we support an Education Foundation for maritime studies.

To preserve our maritime heritage, NAC Calgary collaborates with the Naval Museum of Alberta, while NAC's national headquarters partners with maritime museums nationwide.

NAC Calgary members enjoy camaraderie from shared service to Canada and a love for the sea. Experienced members mentor others and support less fortunate members and those grieving a loss. NAC advocates for the entire naval family.
